On Press Issue: Misting
Reduce amount of ink carried, increase ink strength to allow carrying less ink on rollers.
Solution: Adjust ink/water balance. Try reducing ink and water.
Solution: Make shorter body.
Solution: Reset rollers to specification.
Solution: Replace rollers as needed.
Solution: Heat messures on press rollers over 90 degrees F could cause misting.
