Accura Xtreme 3D printing material is a grey plastic with the appearance of a final production part with outstanding durability, impact resistance, accuracy and a thermal resistance over 60 °C. It offers physical properties that are close enough to durable end-use plastics like ABS and Polypropylene to make it ideal for functioning prototypes in demanding applications, as well as for short-run production projects
Snap fit assemblies, enclosures for consumer and electronic products and parts normally machined from polypropylene (PP) or ABS
Flexural Strength (MPA) 62
Elongation at Break % 18
HDT at 0.4555 MPA 62°C
Maximum Part Size 1,500 x 750 x 550 mm / 59 x 30 x 22”
Layer Thickness Options - High Resolution, Ultra-High Resolution
What part file formats are supported?
stl, stp, step, obj and wrl
What is the 3D printing process for this material?
Stereolithography (SLA) builds parts directly by converting liquid plastic materials and composites into solid cross-sections, layer by layer, using an ultraviolet laser. The SLA process produces highly accurate parts, at high resolution, in a wide variety of materials.
Will there be support scarring on this part?
SLA 3D printing technology utilizes small lattice structure supports. Once the 3D part has been printed, minimal support nubs are left on the bottom surface of the part.
How long will it take before I receive my part in this material?
Production times vary depending on machine availability, but generally Accura Xtreme 3D parts are printed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
