Class-Leading Productivity in a Small Footprint
The UJF-7151 plus is the high-performance model that established the UJF Series' reputation for accuracy, image quality, and stability. Built around six on-demand piezo heads in a staggered array, it's geared for efficient on-demand, direct-to-object printing at industrial capability without an industrial footprint.
It remains a solid choice for shops that need reliable, repeatable direct-to-object output — specialty items, awards, personalized products, and component pieces — without the added resolution and automation of the newer plusII generation.
Six Heads, Industrial Stability
The core engineering that carried this printer to best-seller status in the UJF line.
Six On-Demand Piezo Heads
A staggered configuration maintains productivity even when printing two layers of color or spot colors simultaneously.
Metallic Ink & Kebab Support
Supports MUH-100-Si metallic silver ink, plus the optional Kebab accessory for 360-degree direct printing on cylindrical objects.
MDL Command Automation
Mimaki Device Language commands automate workpiece transport, integrating the printer into larger production workflows.
Low-VOC UV-LED Inks
The UJF-7151 plus runs on GREENGUARD Gold certified, low-VOC UV-LED inks across its rigid and flexible ink families — keeping the same eco-friendly ink standard that carries through the entire UJF line, including its plusII successor.
- GREENGUARD Gold certified, low-VOC UV-LED inks
- Rigid and flexible ink families for varied substrates
- Load capacity built for repeatable industrial production
Ink Types
LH-100 — Rigid UV Ink
Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, Light Cyan, Light Magenta, White, Clear. The standard rigid ink family for direct-to-object work.
LUS-120 / LUS-350 — Flexible UV Ink
Flexible formulations for materials that bend or compress, plus MUH-100-Si metallic silver ink for specialty finishes.
The same ink families used on the newer plusII carry over here, so shops upgrading later keep their color profiles and workflows intact.
MDL Command Automation
RIP Software with Device-Level Integration
Included RasterLink RIP software pairs with Mimaki Device Language (MDL) commands to automate workpiece transport, letting the UJF-7151 plus integrate with peripheral devices and production systems beyond the printer itself.
